With a 7Artisans 24mm f1.8 AF full-frame lens.
This is part of the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, by the Thames. The strong light and contrasts were an excellent test for this new lens. PP to b/w and I've lightened the shadows to show the details captured in the darker areas.
I've just posted a YouTube review of the lens, if you're interested:

Sharpened & watermarked but as shot. One from the 2012 archive I just found.

Here I used an 'Older; 50mm f1.8 NIKKOR off the FE camera using all 'Manual' focus and exposure. I did a VIDEO all about the NIKON F75 you can see here BUT I kept calling it F65!! www.youtube.com/watch?v=6U5LLOC0HKg&t=9s
Mamiya/Sekor 55mm f1.8
I found this lens, attached to a Mamiya/Sekor camera, weeks ago at a car boot sale. I've enjoyed taking hundreds of photos with the lens ever since, but I've only posted one photo so far.
I really like the rendering and colours. It'll be interesting to compare the lens with the highly rated, but considerably more expensive Mamiya/Sekor 55mm f1.4.

The Nikkormat FTn competitor.
Stop down metering for both FL and FD lenses.
The Nikkormat FTn Pre-AI was open aperture metering.
SMC (K) 55mm f1.8. Wide open.
A prettier rendering than the Mamiya/Sekor 55mm f1.8 I've been using recently.
Fazit:

Samyang's "Tiny Series" has been a favorite for me, as they are compact, light, inexpensive, and yet optically excellent. The AF 24mm F1.8 may be the best of the bunch yet, and is more feature rich and better performing than previous lenses. It handled the 50MP of my new Alpha 1 just fine, and was a great companion for capturing this leaning fence on the edge of a freshly plowed field basking in the golden hour sun. Here's the linkage to my coverage of this excellent little prime:
