OI is a hookah bar in Hongdae, Seoul. Seating is found under, on top of, and around molded shapes that give crazy, flowing contours to the joint. It's very dim, lit only by candles, but a flash bounced off the white ceilings and walls lights the place just fine. OI is fantastic for hosting large parties providing you get there a little early.
