I loved this Canon camera very much just before I got to know the Sony electronic view finder from the A7 series…;)
So I maried the A7I, RII, RMIV and at last the RV for ever and always... so far so good.
Wintertime at the lake is always a challenge. Crowds of tourists in summer, frosty solitude in winter. But the landscape is also beautiful in winter, especially for photographers. Add a pinch of melancholy, a little world-weariness and can make wonderful photos that Hesse could not have taken better (if he had been a photographer). If you haven't got into the mood yet, you could lower the shutters halfway and listen to the music of Jan Garbarek. But then get out to take photos...!
Thank you for your visits, faves & comments!
...and thanks to the f. machine of Flickr, that gave me the explore...;)

Spotted Amber Ladybird/Variegated Ladybird (Hippodamia variegata)
Seen wandering around on our Plum tree.
Climbing and exploring old abandoned mines in Sweden.
Yes, it's a selfie 😉Here is a link to a video from the tour down into the mine. There is about 50m SRT climbing to this level, and another 10m to the water.
Wow! I was looking forward to see this picture in Explore since I was never able to get there with film, but Front Page? that was completely unexpected.

"Otranto" è un colpo di fucile,
un sasso lanciato da una fionda,
da un bimbo sulla balaustra del porto.
La vecchia dei ghiaccioli amaranto
chiede l’elemosina all’ultimo raggio di sole,

Thanks for visit,

A beatiful day, ...Dan !
Instant suspendu...

and now my first photo with 1,000 views and 100 favorites, glad you enjoyed!
back to some shots of New Zealand! Love this place. This is Lake Rotoiti on New Zealand's South Island.
Aotearoa means ao = cloud, tea = white and roa = long; aka Long White Cloud by the Maori (indigenous population of New Zealand) Hope you enjoy this shot as much as I enjoyed taking it! Cheers
EXPLORED [# 122 Highest] on Flickr - 19 June 2011 - Thanks Everyone!
Total: 206 shots stitched together.
Total Duration: 2 hours.
Each shot is f/3.5, 30 sec exposure, ISO 100, focal length 18 mm. I did not use the "bulb" mode for a continuous 2-hour-shot in order to avoid excessive noise, sensor heating and over exposure.

The Sidney Lanier Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge that spans the Brunswick River in Brunswick, Ga., carrying four lanes of U.S. 17. The bridge was built as a replacement to the original vertical-lift bridge, which was at least twice struck by ships. John M. Hudson | jmhudson1.com
