"Exploding Hearts" Engagement cake.
Client didnt want the norm, but a more fun and young design, in bright colours.
The top cake is 8 inches Banana cake with white ganache, and base tier is 12 inch caramel mud,torted with a brush of homemade caramel sauce and white choc ganache. This cake weighed over 9 kikos !

I saw the most amazing cloud I have seen in a long time. Is was so wispy and the cloud literally looked like it had exploded all over the sky.
Created in Cinema 4D using Thrausi extension showing the explosion of music piracy in today's society.
After my Cereus cactus gave me it's beautiful flowers it developed these purple fruit. Then I looked one day and the fruit had popped open. I will post a macro next. By the next morning all the seeds were gone. Must have been birds I think!

A picture from Exploding Dog's first book. I picked this up years ago, maybe 5+. Glad to see he's still active today.
So I finished stuffing the last measly pennies in when the bottom gives. Crap. Hundreds of small euro coins all over the floor. Might as well take a pic before cleaning ;)
Avondale Library's Tot Time was dino-mite, when we recreated the land of the dinosaurs, complete with volcanoes! We were worried that real volcanoes would be too hot to handle - melted rock is pretty hot, after all! So we used a base (baking soda) and an acid (vinegar) to make these volcanoes explode.
