Embroidery experiment with metallic thread.

Experimenting with shooting infra-red on my E1. Works in B&W - can't get the RGB channel mix for colour IR right :-(

After watching a Google+ hangout tutorial on creating and using textures in Photoshop, I built some and played around a bit. Three texture layers here, made from my own photos of a curtain, some driftwood and an urban waterfall. Fun...

Experimenting with photography

I'm thinking of making this style pillow but with prints instead of solids. Possibly a linen center with embroidery. What do you think partner?

Flower drawing in pencil. December 2022

09/02/2011: Experimenting with exposures in Roslindale. It's very fortunate that modern film is tolerant of a wide range of over- and under-exposures.

Experiment, abstraction from the concrete photo using NPSV program.

I Wear* Experiment - Photo: Ako Lehemets

Flash both left and right, with snoods attached, the right flash is low down, with a deep red gel on. This gives the colour on the side of the mouse, but is low enough to not light the top of the mouse, which is still white. (The wall is actually yellow)

gorilla glue, paint, a few different kinds of glue, dirt, etc..........

I guess this flower thing is not my cup of tea : )

Bought these roses near Sto. Nino. Flowers in said area are cheap ... i think.

Moody Experiment.

Some photos from a place you might already recognize, as there're many photos of it here. This time I tried to make something different out of the familiar views. After all, this is a landscape that probably is not scenic this time of the year. At least not for me, not in the usual sense. But of course there's a certain mood -- which might be something that comes out of myself, but I'm sure not without some stimulus, outside, it is really there, somehow. Can it be pictured? Can it be conveyed? How can you depict the actual first impression?

On a technical note: All done with old 50mm f/1.7 lens, all wide open, I used a Kenko nostaltone blue for diffusion and color shift. „Enhanced" in LR & PS.

Experimenting with double exposure using the photographs from the 'Flora' photoshoot

Experiment Bight, to the east of the Cape Scott Lightstation.

(I did a trip to Cape Scott in April, and the weather was warm and sunny. I didn't even need the tent at night, the weather was great).

Experimenting with Hipstamatic and Tilt Shifting on the iPhone 3GS.

Go home! Experiment! Maybe one day, your experimental chemistry will be as grand as Geber's...

This is an experiment, just wanted to see what can be installed on this: P2/128M/2G/NIC

Result: quite a bit of Linux still fits in there...
