Highlighting the many jobs necessary for our world to function, some are disappearing—some for good reasons, others questionable. The key point is that people need jobs to shelter, feed, clothe themselves, and keep their families healthy. We must dedicate more time to ensuring everyone has a job and can be trained for it, helping them lead happy and stable lives. If employment isn't available for all, we will likely face violence driven by desperation.

Asking all of us, including myself, to try and look at things from all points of view. It is easy to assume that someone else is wrong, but takes more time to figure out why they have that opinion and is it valid. We need to take the time to discover these things before judging.
