20 Top Exercises to Lose Weight - Exercise plan for women
Exercise should be a part of any healthy life style. If you are wanting to lose weight (a healthy amount of weight!), tone-up, or just keep your current fitness level, the last thing you want is to be discouraged by doing the same exercise over and over again. There can be a lot of joy in exercise, and it need not be repetitive.
Here I have included my 20 top exercises to lose weight. This list is aimed more toward women, but also applies to men of course. (Men: weight training should always be accompanied by cardio!). Of course, you don't need to do all 20 exercises to lose weight! But pick which of these top exercises to lose weight work best for you. If you choose a few of the exercises, try rotating when you do them so you have a range of different exercises to choose from.
Bicep curls-Then lift the weights up to your chest. Make sure that you have control on the way up and down. You want a smooth movement going up and down. Do this 20 times.
