Pupils across Swansea had the chance to combine the three disciplines of swimming, cycling and running in a triathlon event organised by Tata Steel at Penlan Leisure Centre on 5 July 2011. The event was coordinated by Active Swansea, Sport Wales 5 X60 officers and Welsh Triathlon.
The task tonight was to set up a basic 'still life' and light it as you see fit ... here are the results !!!
The images were lit by using my Canon 430EX II flashgun behind a white umbrella, all controlled wirelessly by my 7D.

Belgian 29th Logistics Battalion stationed during Trident Juncture 2018 at Camp Sessvollmoen.
Trident Juncture 2018 is NATO’s largest exercise in many years, bringing together around 50,000 personnel from all 29 Allies, plus partners Finland and Sweden. Around 65 vessels, 250 aircraft and 10,000 vehicles will participate.

Moving water exercise. I couldn't find a photo I liked, so I made my own water fall. Again, any suggestions for improvement are appreciated.
My brother's going to be running in the 2012 London marathon this summer for the charity Shelter which helps provide support for the homeless. Thought it would be good to get some shots for his Just Giving page at www.justgiving.com/AlexMiller2012 so went out to shoot with him for an hour before sunset.

As part of my exercise series (i.e. photos taken in motion while on a four mile walk through the parks in downtown Greenville) I'm sharing this photo showing a dog our for a walk with it's human. Also I should point out that Cleveland park has a dog park . Note how green and lush the park is. Greenville has had a lot of rain this year.
