This small, yet delicate wildflower, or maybe even a weedy flower for all I know, was found at the Wildcat Ridge WMA parking area. I've gone through books and internet sites and come up empty for its name. If you happen to know this flower, please feel free to educate me :)
Hexham Abbey and the Moot Hall floodlit on a clear autumnal evening, Tyne Valley, Northumberland, England. The abbey is the parish church of St. Andrew and though originally Norman many elements were added during the nineteenth century.

Lilia is a Fairyland Realfee Pano styled after the Lalafell race from FFXIV.
The evening commute from my office to our apartment leads me past this vista each and every day, with Glover's Island a short distance away and the airport runway lights below. Most nights the sun has already set by the time I make the short journey home, but on this occasion I arrived just in time to see the pastel peak of the day.

Look at little short stuff here! LOL...isnt he cute? There was another one in with it...possibly a mating pair. I'm guessing Shetland pony..though I've never in my life seen one this small!!! lol..very nice in light box!

Adults fly at dawn and again at dusk. After sunset males establish territories along forest edges by perching with wings closed on leaves, stumps. branches and blades of grass.

This was really the first time i've been here even though it's only down the road....It's probably going to be the last time too!
Walking around, I wanted to take some pictures of the water tower, the boats, and the jetty's.
In front of the watertower there was a huge wall and then a steep slope heading straight for the water, so I could'nt get the viewpoints I wanted, and the boats and jetty belonged to the boat club which was surrounded by 10ft fence with barbed wire on the top.
I took a few shots of the tower and then gave up! A pretty uninspireing place!
