One a pleasant spring evening a quintet of Canadian National Locomotives transverse the 1899 build bridge over the Fox River in Oshkosh, WI. The bridge is scheduled for replacement in next year.

Another shot from Saturday evening taken while walking through the fields en route to Gardom's Edge, a simple composition using the 'rule of thirds' to place objects of interest on the intersection of thirds while also using leading lines created by the angle of light and the stones to lead your eye towards the tree.(1/80 f8 @ 12mm 0.6 ND grad filter)

Evening in the Stacks 2015 held at the HCLS Miller Branch.

This is a shopping area located in Barboursville West Virginia U.S.A. I liked this shot for the clouds and the reflection of the setting sun in the A.C. Moore glass. I spotted the reflection and positioned myself to catch it on the right-side of the first shot. I used Photoshop to manually stitch this together from several photos.

a summer's evening walk in Dorset, England

This was my favorite bear experience of the trip. We saw her and her cubs high up on Mount Washburn, well out of good photographic range, and decided to drive a few miles to a spot where I thought she might end up. So we went there, ate dinner in the car, and sure enough, about an hour later, in the last light of the evening, she appeared over the ridge and led her cubs just about straight toward us. Grizzly bear sow and cubs, Mount Washburn, Yellowstone National Park.
