I did this cuff in a class at Adorn Me! in Houston - using a brass cuff blank we applied a resist and etched it. Then using brass screws attached some adornments. I later added some crystals and small pearls weaving them in and out of the filigree with 24 ga wire.

Kahva on iso ja kämmenotten tilaan mahtuu isompikin käsi. Kuitenkin kahva on hyvin käteen istuva myös pienempikätiselle. Kahva on samettisen pehmeän tuntuinen ja sitä vaivaa vain pienenpieniä kosmettisia vikoja sekä entisen omistajan kömpelösti veistetyt nimikirjaimet. Pari hiusmurtumaa kahvan pinnassa on, mutta ne eivät kulje kahvan läpi.
Hampaat ovat Sandvikin omaisella tavalla korkeat ja hampaidenvälit syvät. Tämä oli Sandvikin oma keksintö joka autaa purunpoistossa ja tälläisellä karkeahkolla hammasvälityksellä (7 kärkeä per tuuma) se sopii oikein hyvin. A fine Sandvik no 277 hand saw. This saw is the crown of the Swedish addition to the history of saw making. A gorgeous applewood handle featuring beautifully outlaid dragons. Handle is rather large, but still very comfortable to hold. The saw plate is still in good condition despite some dark stains and small speckles of pitting. At least at a much later stage Sandvik made this model with a breasted saw plate. This item is filed well by the previous owner, but it is unknown if this saw was originally breasted or if that was a later improvement to the model. As always the steel in the saw plate is excellent and Sandvik must have had a very special formula for their etches, because I've seen a few rusty ones that cleaned up just fine and where the etch was miraculously intact behind thick layers of grime and rust.
