As nothing in the oil world is more powerful than Tea Tree Oil, this is the best one to start with, and to mix maybe a little peppermint or eucalyptus to make it smell good.
You can spray these in your kitchen on the counters, refrigerators, stoves.
And you guys that have the inevitable locker room syndrome - bad feet with nasty infections, take your spray bottle to the locker room and use liberally - spray everything.
Tea tree will defintely take care of that problem. Ask your cleaning attendants to consider using Thyme or Tea Tree as a regular part of their wipe downs of the facility.
One other herb I'd like to mention is Amaranth. This is an internal HERB, not oil. It's an anti-viral, doesn't cost much, and has the added effect of being an awesome source of L-lysine, normally not found in plants. Anyone who knows about Herpes, knows that L-lysine is an important treatment, which has been proven to directly impact the immune system by making it stronger.
Get yourself some oils, get yourself some spray bottles, and use them as a preventative therapy.
