Kael making a hasty escape from puppy Eva. I don't know if I missed the decisive moment, or just caught a different one.

Any guesses what Eva is thinking here?

(FYI - the lead on Eva is because she is not yet trust worthy off it. Just out of frame is my wife holding the lead to make sure there are no snags. She can jump and swim without issue on the lead)

The boss of the construction site finally gets a little while to escape in his 2014 Ford Escape. He says he will be retuning shortly, but everyone has a hunch. Who knows where he's going, maybe home, or to Mocksville, or to someplace far away. Or, maybe Home Depot.

This location opened in fall 2019; it was originally The Great Chesapeake Bay Store, which opened on November 17th, 2000. It became a Wet Seal in the mid 2000s, which closed in the mid 2010s.

Thank you Madpeas! This was a great game and super hard. Loved it!

I took this picture in September 2011, from the little side deck outside the door of my old apartment in Pickering. After looking through my pictures from that summer (that's where I'm caught up to now), I didn't take many good shots -- I was working my last season at the zoo and having a good time, and barely picked up my Canon. I took a lot of shots with my then-new iPhone, which aren't really up to scratch for Flickr. I feel like I haven't really taken many great shots in the last few years -- I've definitely gotten lazy, or less interested in photography in general. I still have the skills; I'm just less consistently interested in going out and taking great pics of things. However, life goes on, and people grow up and move on to different interests. Thankfully I still have two and a half years of archival material to post!

It's been a rough week and a half for me. Audit, sick, major car repair, replace licence plate, and now I'm in debt. I just deleted the details because I really want to just forget it and move on. To those of you who are younger than me, earning a low income, and haven't learned this shit firsthand, just save as much money as you can and don't waste it -- once you have a car, and if you ever go on EI, you'll be in for some nasty surprises, and they always happen when you can least afford to pay for them. So save your money as best you can, to allow you to better survive the money emergencies. Make a list of your frequent expenses, and then sift through to find which ones are truly necessary, and which ones you can cut back on. My biggest "flexible" expense is probably gas for my car -- so since moving back to Toronto, I walk or take TTC wherever I can. If I'm going to get fucked by my car insurance provider, my cell phone provider, my student loans, and rent (though I'm glad to live where I live), then all I can do is cut down in areas where I do have control.

For Imperial Conquest Mission 6.2. The Last one on Felucia.

After escaping the Felucian Sacrificial Grounds I made my way to to a secret Communications Outpost that we built. There was a single Felucian guarding it. I killed him and hopefully that will be the last one for a long time. I can already hear the shuttle's engines.

Time for annual vacation for this year (2009). Temporary divorce from second wife, Hyderabad traffic, internet, flickr, coffee@ Pantry etc. Catch you later.

You might want to see 2008 and 2007 escapes too....... :-)

Have a nice break for Eid and Dasara.

Thin focus plane from f1.7 is tough and fun too. Focus part is real in case if you are thinking it is some kind of soft focus applied in picasa or photoshop.

I can only apologise for my continued self indulgence of macro-mania.

Hace tiempo buscaba captar una mariposa en vuelo, y esto es algo cercano a lo que quería conseguir, aunque voy a seguir intentando...

Escape Cinemas at Express Avenue, Chennai - love the way the projector is mounted just above the food counters - gone are the days with special project rooms i guess :) - evey square feet of space is being commercialized :)

You run and you run till you reach the light, what if you reach it only to realize that the door is locked from the outside?
