After tearing everything apart, I found that the error code means that one of the sensors is shorted. - Pinball Repair, mach 1 racing, Halex repair

Semaphore?!?! No wonder my work PC is going so slowly.
Actually, I think this is a little seen error in Lotus Notes. Notes (which we're sadly moving away from) is actually an extraordinarily stable application - especially compared to the MS and Adobe applications we're moving towards.
This came up as I was quitting the program anyway.
