El Gondolero conduce con maestria su Góndola por un Canal estrecho y oscuro, son los pequeños paisajes de la Ciudad de VENECIA en el Véneto del norte de Italia. Los Canales Venecianos son muy diversos y cruzan todo el perímetro veneciano, los Gondoleros los conocen todos y llegan a todos los rincones ciudadanos. Paredes de las casas que se van acercando pero que no ofrecen dificultad al experto navegador. Pintura del artista Pintor ERNEST DESCALS con los miles de detalles que dan su verdadera personalidad estética a Venecia. Cuadros con pinturas al oleo sobre papel cartulina de 50 x 65 centímetros.

He married Annie Sarah Norman in 1910 and they had a son Ernest William. They were living at 3 Baker's Yard in the 1911 census.

Impresionantes los talleres vaciós y abandonados de la COLONIA DE LA CONSOLACIÓ en FÍGOLS, antiguas naves industriales donde se efectuaba la reparación de las vagonetas de carbón para su uso en la cinta transportadora de la cerrada Central Térmica de Fígols, la empresa de CARBONES DE BERGA muy relacionada con las minas de la comarca del Berguedà mantenía aquí mucha actividad, dando trabajo a miles de habitantes de los pueblos cercanos como Cercs, Sant Corneli, Berga, etc,,. Ahora las intalaciones permanecen en el silencio que llega con los cambios de la actualidad, disfruto en el Pintar tanta majestuosidad vacía de seres humanos en el más puro silencio y en recuerdo de la historia de la minería y a sus personajes, mecánicos, y mineros. La luz entra en el interior por la gran puerta y las hileras de ventanales entre un entramado de columnas y vigas de madera en su precioso tejado ofreciendo una excelsa sensación de profundidad. Pintura del artista pintor Ernest Descals sobre papel de 50 x 70 centímetros, creo haber conseguido la atmósfera adecuada cuando te encuentras pintando interiores en grandes edificaciones.
