Animal Equality ha concluso la campagna 'Salva Un Agnello' il giorno di "Venerdì Santo", con un'azione dimostrativa di forte impatto che ha ricordato i milioni di agnelli e capretti uccisi in questo periodo dell'anno, senza dimenticare mai tutti gli animali sfruttati e rinchiusi ingiustamente.
Cambiare il destino di migliaia di cuccioli uccisi crudelmente, soprattutto in ricorrenze come quella di Pasqua, è possibile e dipende da ognuno di noi.

Went to San Diego’s Pride Parade this morning it was amazing, I had a great time, and it felt good to get out and show support to the LGBT community, plus it was a totally good time!! WOO-HOO!

Staff and supporters of Family Equality Council joined the National Equality March for Unity and Pride in Washington DC on June 11, 2017.
Two dedicated volunteers went out in a snowstorm to disrupt Aldi's ribbon cutting ceremony for its new location in Garfield Heights, OH. Despite the freezing temperatures and snow, Animal Equality was there to give a voice to the animals suffering in Aldi's supply chain and expose the company for the callous animal cruelty it refuses to address.
Volunteers had great conversations with the customers in line and handed out leaflets until Aldi corporate employees interuppted them and threatned to call the police. Many customers agreed that Aldi should ban the use of cages.
One of the volunteers delivered a passionate speakout over the megaphone informing Aldi customers of the company's failed animal welfare committments.
This is the second Aldi ribbon cutting ceremony in the Cleveland/Akron area that volunteers have showed up to and it won't be the last until Aldi fulfills its corporate responsbility to improve animal welfare standards in its supply chain---something other large companies in the industry have already started doing.

Lorenzo Gasparrini nasce a Roma nel 1972. Durante gli studi di filosofia e una breve carriera accademica in diverse università del centro Italia incontra testi e protagoniste dei femminismi, decidendo così, dopo aver iniziato un percorso di profonda critica personale, di dedicarsi alla diffusione e divulgazione di argomenti riguardo gli studi di genere, soprattutto rivolti a un pubblico maschile. Conduce seminari, workshop e laboratori in università, centri sociali, aziende, scuole, sindacati, ordini professionali, gruppi autorganizzati; pubblica costantemente su riviste specializzate e non, sia online che stampate. E’ autore di “Perché il femminismo serve anche agli uomini” (Eris, 2020), “NO. Del rifiuto e del suo essere un problema maschile.” (Effequ, 2019), “Non sono sessista, ma… Il sessismo nel linguaggio contemporaneo” (TLON, 2019) e “Diventare uomini. Relazioni maschili senza oppressioni” (Settenove, 2016, nuova edizione 2020).

Sara Manfredi è art director e curatrice indipendente.
Emiliana d’adozione, si forma a Bologna dove orienta il proprio interesse verso la scena artistica underground, partecipando come creativa al lavoro culturale di spazi autogestiti, community radio e art space indipendenti.
Nel 2013 è tra le fondatrici di CHEAP, il progetto d’arte pubblica che interviene sul paesaggio urbano di Bologna con installazioni di poster e paste-up.
Dal 2017 vive in Germania, dove collabora con artist*, festival e spazi d’arte della scena locale: l’arte pubblica, i linguaggi contemporanei e le pratiche decoloniali continuano ad essere il centro della sua ricerca.
Femminista intersezionale e attivista, negli anni ha sviluppato una passione che non definirebbe sana per la bici da corsa, i cimiteri monumentali e il metodo classico.
