The 2nd Recruiting Brigade, in coordination with Army Materiel Command, hosted the 2023 Women’s Equality Day celebration on Thursday which highlighted female leadership across Redstone’s organizations and the Army. The event featured a panel discussion with Marion Whicker, executive deputy to the commanding general at AMC; Brig. Gen. Daphne Davis, commander of the Army Recruiting Command; and Kris McBride, the new Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for North Alabama and others.
