Wooden box covered with epoxy clay and painted with metallic pewter paint. I love these glass cabs, they look like they are glowing!

Porch area with epoxy resin aggregate now covering the old tiled porch.

Needed to coat coasters and to re-make 2nd placemat

Lorry load of aggregate and pots of epoxy resin.

Smooth-On EpoxAcoat Gray here (which seems to be slightly thicker than the red? maybe that's just me)

Two passes are brushed into the mold, with the second half overlapping the seam line. While this is still wet, the mold is assembled and allowed to cure for three hours before being back filled with expanding foam

Brushed Epoxacast 101 over the rough MDF to make it denser and help with finer sanding. This will make crisp edges much easier

Skinning the foam in brush-on epoxy to give me a harder surface for sanding.

We just finished the guest bathroom remodel and put wood slices and epoxy on the floor. The wood slices are from a tree we had to cut down in the yard and they have been aging for about 2 years. My husband spent many hours pouring the epoxy and waiting for the drying time. It cost more than expected, but we love it.

This is just a small section of the 6x8 room floor.

Another view of the epoxy coating the top of the sidewalls and the end core pieces. A corresponding coat has been laid on the piece which will be fitted into position

This is also a Sears workbench. There are shelves behind the doors instead of drawers because drawers would constantly be opening when the bench is moved. A piece of Masonite was mounted on the back to stiffen the assembly. A piece of 3/4 inch plywood was bolted to the bottom and 4" castors were fitted to make it easy to move around the shop.

Tarma being laid for the drive extension.

This shows the construction detail of the base, shelf and top support. The benches were raised 4.5 inches to make the height more comfortable. The Sears workbenches measure 44" x 18" by 32.5". The height is now 39 inches off the floor. The storage behind the bench is the full length and allows for storage of long items.

The drawer labels were made with a Brother P-Touch.

My pyramids are tired, ye i know, but they had a rough day...

Another tools and parts room on the right side. Note the floor drain and central vacuum port to the right of the bathroom door.

One of the air manifolds. This one has an oil injector for air tools in addition to dry air. There is a central vacuum port above the shelf.

The utility sink is deep enough for large items. The hose, with both hot and cold water, is used for washing cars indoor and out. There are floor drains built into the floor.

This looks wrong... The coat of epoxy forms a rigid shell over the quiver tip

The service door on the left leads to the driveway. There are Halon fire extinguishers mounted in various locations.
