A faithful Epcot fan looks on during the Epcot 30th Anniversary moment.
In general, I wasn't overly impressed with the ceremony but I am thankful it was in the middle of the day and did not require arriving at Epcot at daybreak to get a viewing location.
Epcot (Experimental Planned Community of Tomorrow) is the second theme park to open at Walt Disney World, focusing on future technology and world cultures. The back half of Epcot is World Showcase, which deals with cultures of eleven different nations.
The Morocco showcase is based on a bazaar in the city of Fez. I may also eat some kebabs.
I thought that the big golf ball thing at Epcot in Orlando looked pretty awesome. It almost looks like a real-life cartoon to me, so I had to take a close up photo of it.
