凪(なぎ)という自宅を改装したお店です。
メニューは凪ランチ AとBそして食後のデザートがあり、
僕は凪ランチ A(1100円)とデザート(200円)を選択、
玄米ごはんとベーグルから、ベーグルを選び、
セットの飲み物は、アイスコーヒーを食後にたのみました。
そして、デザートはシフォンケーキ
抹茶とプレーンと半分づつからプレーンを選びました。

野菜スープとベーグルお好みでハーブオイルを
豆腐と大葉の和風ハンバーグ
万願寺とうがらしとかぼちゃとゴーヤーとトマトのグリル焼き

ココット ズッキーニとトマトのハーブパン粉焼き
サラダ
ぶどうシロップの寒天
さて、感想ですが、
ひとしなひとしなの料理に細かな気遣いをのぞかせいて
どれも個性的で美味しかった。
あったかホクホクベーグルに8割ぐらいを自家菜園で
というだけあって、野菜のスープや
ハンバーグの隣は荏胡麻の葉かな? 独特の苦味があったり、
旬の食材の風味に塩分控えめの滋味があるものが多かったです。
あと、お冷(水)をお願いすると同時にピッチャーも
出してくれる心遣いが嬉しかった。
品数が多いので、ちょっとずつ食べたいという方にオススメ

さて、感想ですが、
タコライスは、本場沖縄のタコライスよりマイルドな辛さで少しあっさり、
御飯の量に比べてタコミートがたっぷりなのでバランスがとれてます。
柿は表面が少し柔らかく甘味と風味が豊かで美味しかったです。
いぜんと比べて野菜スープの旨味が少し増えたような…。
