A lot of images of the SL build which are quite similar (in fact some are identical, only cropped differently) which I am uploading for archiving purposes.
What I also want to show with these is how my cage came together with the stunning work of Werner Kurosawa who made the huge sphere that revolved around it and Marc Moana's organic construct which was placed behind it.

On June 5, 2023, we at NIS celebrated “World Environment Day”, with great enthusiasm. In this occasion, we organized an awareness program to highlight the significance of preserving our environment. Dr. M. Sivaraja, the Principal of NIT, graced the event as our esteemed Chief guest. He inaugurated the ceremony by planting a tree and delivered a wonderful message emphasizing the importance of environmental conservation to the students.
The event witnessed active participation from K S Sivaprakash, our school Principal, Headmistress, faculty members, and students. The collective aim behind celebrating Environment Day was to raise awareness about the crucial need to maintain a clean and sustainable environment.
As part of the celebration, our NIS students hosted an Assembly focused on the theme of World Environment Day.Our Principal delivered a compelling speech, shedding light on the role the environment plays in our lives and urging everyone to take initiatives to safeguard. The Headmistress also spoke about the significance of World Environment Day and stressed the importance of collaborative efforts in protecting our planet.
To commemorate the day further, the Chief guest, along with the school Principal, Headmistress, faculty, and students, participated in a tree-planting activity within the school premises. The event was marked by the enthusiastic involvement of all the Staff & Students, making it a memorable and impactful celebration.
