Rick Weiland at the 137th Annual Rosebud Fair & Wacipi on August 24th, 2013. — at Rosebud Indian Reservation.

Door to the garage on the right, with tiled floor leading into the house. At the end of the tiles on the left is a coat closet, and on the right, the stairs. Straight ahead is the guest bedroom.

1. This is the entry area out front. Joaquin is the welcome wagon. I got that little bench he's sitting on in Tubac. I <3 it. That little hanging birdhouse moves a lot. My cousin gave it to me and I <3 it too, but it's metal so it gets sort of noisy when it hits the wall so I'll sometimes move it when it's windy. My door was very expensive, by our standards anyway. It's oak and very solid. It prevented a robbery when someone tried to kick it in not too long ago. The door jamb and front area cracked, but the door basically stood fast. I <3 my door. I'm not crazy about the security doors but am thinking about getting one for, um, security.

Parquet wood flooring in entryway...needed replacing or resurfacing. We decided that was a dated style flooring and needed modernizing.

This wasn't the entry when the swimming-pool was still active, but probably some kind of recreational area. Not much left of it though, lots of vandalism and graffiti. There were some flyers though, advertising an event in 1991, so it must have been active still then..
