For the DPS Weekly Assignment - Movies
This is a shot where the only light is coming from my TV set. The image is of the movie "The Bone Collector" that was showing on TV (channel Zee Studio). The text is inverted because its being reflected by my 2 stop ND filter kept on my bed, supported and tilted by my wallet.
The cleaning and restoration process is visible upon seeing the left and center (before) and the right (after) Greek Key mouldings above windows in the entry.

I spent the morning with Devi’s grandfather watching and helping him to repair his plough. A little later Devi came wandering down with her father and uncle, who can be seen in the background, her father ploughing. Grandad’s shoes and hatchet lie neatly beside her. A brief moment in a busy morning this image represents the unity of family life high up in the Indian Himalayas. Working hard together during the day and eating and laughing together in the evening Devi’s family was proud and full of joy, I felt privileged to have glimpsed, for a few days, the bonds of love between them
