The glass-maker can then conjure up an infinite combination of colors, patterns and shapes from what was just crystal and glass shards at the beginning. Perhaps no musician better encapsulates the State of Minnesota than the great Bob Dylan, who around 1859 became a young folk singer in the small stages of Dinkytown near the University of Minnesota, where he apparently flunked out in 1960 (he received a D+ in Music Appreciation). In 1965 after years of becoming the most famous folk musician, he returned in triumph to the Minneapolis Auditorium and then proceeded to infuriate his folk-loving audience by switching to electric with "Like a Rolling Stone", backed by what would become "The Band".
Created in 2015 by Brazilian artist Eduardo Kobra, "The Times They Are A-Changin'" depicts famed musician Bob Dylan at three stages of his career; as a young singer-songwriter, as a jaded middle-aged man, and the recent period with his current white hat.

In the Spacecraft Assembly and Encapsulation Facility-2 (SAEF-2), a technician works on the Mars Climate Orbiter which is scheduled to launch on Dec. 10, 1998, aboard a Boeing Delta II rocket. The Mars Climate Orbiter is heading for Mars where it will primarily support its companion Mars Polar Lander spacecraft, planned for launch on Jan. 3, 1999. After that, the Mars Climate Orbiter's instruments will monitor the Martian atmosphere and image the planet's surface on a daily basis for one Martian year (two Earth years). It will observe the appearance and movement of atmospheric dust and water vapor, as well as characterize seasonal changes on the surface. The detailed images of the surface features will provide important clues to the planet's early climate history and give scientists more information about possible liquid water reserves beneath the surface. KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. The encapsulated GOES-N spacecraft exits Astrotech Space Operations in Titusville, Fla., heading for Launch Complex 37 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. There it will be mated to the Boeing Delta IV launch vehicle. The encapsulation protects the spacecraft during liftoff. Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites (GOES) are sponsored by NASAs Goddard Space Flight Center and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Launch is scheduled for June 23. In the Spacecraft Assembly and Encapsulation Facility 2 (SAEF 2), workers attach a crane to the Gamma Ray Spectrometer (GRS) to move it into place to be installed on the Mars Odyssey Orbiter. The orbiter will carry three science instruments: the Thermal Emission Imaging System (THEMIS), the Gamma Ray Spectrometer (GRS), and the Mars Radiation Environment Experiment (MARIE). THEMIS will map the mineralogy and morphology of the Martian surface using a high-resolution camera and a thermal infrared imaging spectrometer. The GRS will achieve global mapping of the elemental composition of the surface and determine the abundance of hydrogen in the shallow subsurface. [The GRS is a rebuild of the instrument lost with the Mars Observer mission.] The MARIE will characterize aspects of the near-space radiation environment with regards to the radiation-related risk to human explorers. The Mars Odyssey Orbiter is scheduled for launch on April 7, 2001, aboard a Delta 7925 rocket from Launch Pad 17-A, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. In the Spacecraft Assembly and Encapsulation Facility -2 (SAEF- 2), two JPL workers measure a Mars microprobe. Two microprobes will hitchhike on the Mars Polar Lander, scheduled to be launched Jan. 3, 1999, aboard a Delta II rocket. The solar-powered spacecraft is designed to touch down on the Martian surface near the northern-most boundary of the south pole in order to study the water cycle there. The lander also will help scientists learn more about climate change and current resources on Mars, studying such things as frost, dust, water vapor and condensates in the Martian atmosphere. The Mars microprobes, called Deep Space 2, are part of NASA's New Millennium Program. They will complement the climate-related scientific focus of the lander by demonstrating an advanced, rugged microlaser system for detecting subsurface water. Such data on polar subsurface water, in the form of ice, should help put limits on scientific projections for the global abundance of water on Mars. Nothing encapsulates the story of the out ward diaspora of the Merchant Princes of Shekavati than the beautiful decaying haveli’s left behind in the small towns of Sikar & Jhunjhunu which made up the Shekavat region of Jaipur State. These Haveli’s bearing names like “Modi ki Haveli”,Khaithan ki Haveli” etc is the who’s who of the current major industrial house’s in India. (Poddar,Bajaj,Goenka,Ruias, Singhania’s et al)
Had visited the deserted town of Chitpur last year to see the mansions of the Bohra’s. These haveli’s I got to see in Jhunjhunu still has people living in some parts of the mansions. The towns of Sikar & Jhunjhuna are still vibrant & full of bright earthy colours.
The quirky,exuberant paintings & murals all over the portions we were allowed to see is lovely. The “Tibrewala” & the “Modi” haveli has Gods, Cars, Trains driven by White Babu’s Mughal motifs & what not…. I saw Bhagat Singh twirling his mushtache on a wall

Freezing rain and snow encapsulates the branches of the dogwood tree. Wikipedia tells me - "The buds of many woody plants, especially in temperate or cold climates, are protected by a covering of modified leaves called scales which tightly enclose the more delicate parts of the bud.
