A really interesting facade with embossed panels

I finished these before leaving for Maryland Sheep & Wool but forgot to post them. I really love the Embossed Leaves pattern--it's so easy and works up really quickly, but the result is so pretty. These are socks I'll be making again in the future.

The Madelinetosh Tosh Sock is wonderful--excellent stitch definition and yardage. I had a lot of yarn left over after finishing these. I would work with it again in the future.

Needles: US 2 dpns

Heart embosser. Think this one will look great for Valentine cupcakes - especially in red!

I stamped a background design into a thin styrofoam-type product, then colored it with various paints to mimic embossed leather. Featured in the Remodeled special issue of Paper Crafts magazine, April 2006
