A lovely winters sunset taken a few nights ago. Playing around with PS again, tried out this quick and easy technique using the plastic wrap filter.

Photoshop Info:

Duplicate Layer then with this layer selected, select - Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap,

apply - Highlight Strength 4, Detail 13 and Smoothness 10 and hit ok. Now select Plastic Wrap once again and hit ok straight away.

Making sure this layer is above your original layer and beneath any adjustment layers. Decrease the Opacity to 60% and apply a layer mask, editing away interference in the black areas.
