我們看見的，我們拍到的，都是心的風景。就像華嚴經的這四句。
那天的台灣都不停在播颱風的消息，在電視上看到台東駭人的巨浪，台北的淡水形同澤國，但在台南只是偶爾有一點毛毛雨，也算風平浪靜，雖然心底對能否準時回港感到不安，但看見你意外中的傷痕淡淡變淡，走路的姿態也漸漸安穩，我也仍可以抓緊到拍照的心情，和一雙彷彿愈來愈微小的手。
在台南的孔廟，我只拍了一格底片。自己又懶換鏡頭，就去找牆上的浮雕。多年的風化洗去了當年的彩繪，但花的姿態依然美麗，仍在樹下微風中盛放。

I embossed the fabric with clear EP over Versafine black ink. Then I ran tiny stitches around the centers of the bottom 2 layers and drew up to ruffle. The Antique Brocade was embossed in white and distressed with Distress Spun sugar. The stem is from Big and Small Flowers. I distressed it with Versacolor Olive and then added detali with watrercolor pencils and a blender pen.

The weather here is terrible so I have had chance to make another card for the current SSS Flickr challenge. Used The Cosmos Flower background and lots of bright water colouring with Zig Markers. Details on my blog

For the #MacroMondays theme for 2/12, we have been tasked with presenting anachronisms- old fashioned artifacts. Embossing pages with a stamp or creating book plates seems to fit the bill. These days if readers keep track of their actual books, it’s probably done digitally or on kindles.
Later I’ll post a picture of the embossing tool.

ATC Background embossed by hand (I don't own an embossing machine...on my wish list) I rubbed over with a mixture of distress inks and acrylic paints.I over painted with crackle paint but crackle paint and I don't get along. It never seems to crackle for me. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Steampunk man from Done4You pages at Etsy. Eyelet and gears and metal bits from back of old clock.
No longer will I be required to use the seal of Transport Canada for a C of A. Ministerial wisdom has replaced it with the rubber stamp:( So much for tradition.....
Finally got my hands on some fancy embossing folders, here's the results. Vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream and fondant.
