This was driving along the Graham Farmer Freeway and I was hit by this gorgeous sight, so I grabbed my camera and just snapped. I love it, again a total Blessing and reminder of our Heavenly Father the King of all Creative people, an inspiration! Shella

The theme at Brookside Gardens this season is edible plants, and in one section of the garden they have an area dedicated to sweets! Our guide snapped off these leaves for us, so don't think I'm some kind of random urban forrager.

Great visit with Jenny and her boy Benji today. Jen wants to learn more about her Nikon, and while I was running her through some basics, Benji made a grab for my camera. I snapped off a few shots before I managed to convince him he didn't really want to chew on my camera strap!
Cute boy!
Khudai Khidmatgar organized a camp in Ayodhya Dec 23-25. Around 55
participants from eight states attended the leadership camp. The program
included "parbhat pheri" from Ayodhya Railway Station to Saryu river and
"sharm-daan" at Saryu Ghat.
Two things above my desk at work: Benjamin Franklin quote saying "If you would not be forgotten, as soon as you are dead and rotten, either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing."
And a bumpersticker from 1984, saying "I'd rather be driving a Macintosh." This is the last one I have intact. I snagged some from a store in Atlanta when I was a teenager and the Macs had just come out. At the time, I didn't much care, I just liked free bumperstickers. I was much more interested in the Apple IIGS display in the front of the store than in that toy-like "computer" in the back.
