With the two Elsas I posted on my story on instagram (follow me!) that makes four Elsa dolls I’ve restyled into the Coronation look. Compared to Disney Store’s version of this hairstyle (middle doll) I think mine is definitely better! Unfortunately, I don’t have enough dresses for them to wear so they’re temporarily stealing other dolls’ clothing. What do you think?!
I just found out I'm an aunt again! my sister had a little girl this evening.
it has made me quite reflective on what kind of world she is going to be growing up in....and all my hopes and dreams for her future....
Bubbly blonde Elsa is a local ballroom dancer who started to dip her toes into modeling. She hit me up on Instagram to do some headshots a couple of weeks ago. She was absolutely fantastic to work with, too.
Elsa-chan is my second custom petite Blythe. Krissy said she reminded her of Elsa from Frozen. Chan is added to names in Japan as an honorific title, usually for women, children, friends or lovers. I chose it because she is so little : )
I started with a fake petite, carved her nose and mouth and gave her a new faceup. I added eyes from dreamingtreestudio on Etsy (color is Ozone) and a fur wig (which I braided) from MagicDIY on Etsy. Her lovely outfit was made by my buddy Sue Kulec...it is sooo tiny!

Chaudement habillée pour la promenade par -10°C. Elle semble un peu penaude sur la photo, mais détrompez-vous, Elsa du moment où elle peut sortir s'en fiche de la météo.
Warmly dressed for the walk in -10 °C / 14°F. She looks a little sheepish in the photo, but in reality Elsa is always happy as long as she can go out and doesn't care about the weather.

Pour ceux qui pensent qu'Elsa va avoir un effet positif et calmant sur Lewis, n'en soyez pas si surs. Elle est une sacrée coquine et a pas mal de tempérament. En plus il ne faut pas lui en compter à la fifille. J'ai essayé de lui interdire l'étage, mais comme Lewis dort en haut (dans la pièce à côté de ma chambre à coucher), ce n'est pas évident. Elle a fait une tentative chaque nuit et je l'ai renvoyée en bas, mais ce matin en me réveillant je l'ai trouvée couchée dans ma chambre. OK, alors c'est bon, juste le lit lui est interdit, je ne pourrais jamais supporter qu'un autre chien que Betsy dorme avec moi et ça c'est définitif.
For those who think Elsa is going to have a positive and calming effect on Lewis, do not be so sure. She is a pretty naughty girl and has a lot of temperament. For example I tried to ban her upstairs, but as Lewis sleeps upstairs (in the room next to my bedroom), it's not obvious. She made an attempt every night and I sent her downstairs again, but this morning when I woke up, I found her lying in my room, next to the bed. OK, fine, just the bed is forbidden to her, I could never accept that another dog than Betsy sleeps with me and this is not going to change.
I remember buying some random barbie clothes on ebay months ago and never got the chance to try it on my dolls so I've decided to try it on Elsa today! :)
