This Blork exclusive gives a sense of scale of how deep the rescued Chilean miners were. The Eiffel Tower is about 309 meters tall, and according to this graphic the miners were about 625 meters deep. (But I've also heard they were 750 meters deep.)
If the source of the underlying graphic is correct, they were about twice as deep as the Eiffel Tower is high.
We were on a boat and I couldn't get a clear shot of the tower at night. So, I shot continuously for a while and complied them into a short video.
