The Eiffel Tower is a wrought-iron lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. It is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower. Locally nicknamed "La dame de fer", it was constructed from 1887 to 1889 as the centerpiece of the 1889 World's Fair. Wikipedia

Maybe the last nice sunset for this season because it's becoming too early

This was our last night in Paris, France, and to boot, it was my birthday. We had a great two weeks, taking in two Euro Cup matches, rekindling some friendships, savouring great meals, and great family time. The kids discovered new parts of France, and really enjoyed the south and football matches. All in all a great trip.

These took sooo much longer than I had anticipated! Patterns like this make my OCD go into overdrive, I just HAD to make sure the eiffel was centered down the back too.
