The Eiffel Tower was built in 1889 for the Universal Exhibition, weighs 7,000 tons and stretches up some 317 meters (1,040 feet). The structure is huge.
From some angles, the Eiffel Tower dominates the skyline and gives the impression of strength. From other perspectives, the tower looks very delicate.
The Eiffel Tower consists of three floors or landings. The cost for admission varies depending on how far up the tower you wish to go (€3.70, €7, €10).

He was looking for something...we were all looking at him. Only an hour long wait in line for the Eiffel Tower, not too bad.
