Popped over to one of my favorite spots and was lucky enough that the conditions were almost perfect. Due to full moon the tide was higher and there was hardly any wind either so the water reflected the skyline better. Also bought a little platform just high enough to sit in the water with the lense just a cm above the water to maximise the reflections.
Two things that would improve this image. Shoot on a weekday to get all the office lights and NO wind whatsoever to get the perfect mirror image.

Jesus came to bring spiritual LIFE to the spiritually dead and set the captives FREE! FREE from RELIGION, ERROR and outright LIES, so WE might serve THE LIVING GOD! In SPIRIT and in TRUTH!
So you'll KNOW, and not think you're to bad for God to love. The Christian LIFE isn't about how good WE are, because NONE of us are! It's about how GOOD JESUS IS! Because JESUS LOVES US, so much he died in our place and took the punishment for all of our sins on himself. The wages of sin is DEATH, and Jesus took the death WE so richly deserved for us and died in our place. The good news is, there's no more punishment for sin left. WE, you and I were all born forgive as a result of the crucifixion of God himself on the cross that took away the sins of the whole world. All we have to do is believe it, and put your Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. That my friends is REAL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! YOU ARE LOVED. ❤️ ✝️ ❤️

Burnt Meadow, Brownfield, Maine.
I don't know, I tried to take some foliage shots today at Burnt Meadow in Brownfield and they all turned out horrible.
I used two different cameras and the photos shot with both showed the same effect, the foliage is all fuzzy and distorted, maybe it was because of the harsh sunlight, I just don't know.
I apologize, my foliage photos are usually much better than this, I can't explain it !

One of a flock of at least three Varied Thrush (Ixoreus naevius) visiting Belmont Park, Kelowna, BC.
It made me think of a poem I read in high school well over half a century ago. It didn't resonate with me then, but it does now.
And while the 'darkling thrush' of Hardy's poem sings a completely different song, its sudden appearance in my world had a similar effect. I've spread the verses out across three images — of which none is of the quality I wish it were, yet somehow seems to fit the context:
