Editors are a British alternative rock band based in Birmingham, who formed in 2002. Previously known as Pilot, The Pride and Snowfield, the band currently consists of Tom Smith, Russell Leetch, Ed Lay, Justin Lockey, and Elliott Williams .

The photography coach and editor is Mr. Richard Rodgers, Zama American Middle School. Participating teams were American School in Japan (ASIJ), Kadena High School, Niles C. Kinnick High School, and Kubasaki High School, Seoul American High School.
February 18th, SMPA hosted authors Robert McChesney and John Nichols, who discussed their new book, "The Death and Life of American Journalism." McChesney is an acclaimed communications professor at The University of Illinois, host of NPR's "Media Matters," and an author of 16 books, many about media and politics. Nichols writes for "The Nation" as their Washington Correspondent and long-time political blogger, while also serving as associate editor of the "Capital Times," the daily newspaper in Madison, Wisconsin. Together, they crafted a new book that examines the future of the struggling journalism industry and what the US government should do to save it.
