A pound coin for a supermarket trolley. I have arrived at a supermarket without the necessary pound coin or token. So now one has become my EDC so I’m not caught out again.

For Macro Mondays "EDC - everyday carry" items.
I used to carry bags full of all sorts of bits and pieces that might come in handy, but since lockdown I have pared right back to the essentials and as small a bag as possible - unless it's my camera bag of course!
So here are my very boring EDC items tissues and lavender scented hand sanitiser to add to my phone, wallet, keys and mask. (Even my wallet is lighter and smaller as I don't carry much cash anymore.)

I have been on the borderline since last year and since then I always try to take care of what I eat and watch over my daily routine. I always carry this device with me just in case.
