Taken from a book. Not sure which one now.Medium is Leonard Stott.

...so when the temporary truce was signed, Henricus got a private room next to a larger room for his men, he was Papa Henricus he needed his privacy form his less holy men...

...one thing had started to gnaw on the inner universe of the former kings guts, a feeling of emptiness, loss of the contact with his daughters guiding spirit, without it he felt lost as a leader of his religious cult of zealous crusaders...

His was also not satisfied with the standard of his room, he knew this palace, he once had it as the centre of his former kingdom, was he perhaps a bit hasty when he abdicated after the accidental killing of his own flesh, his beautiful daughter...

Henricus locked the door, he could feel tears, massing up under his eyelids, he didn´t want to his men to see their supreme Papa and holy authority cry as a pink newborn baby...

...the he saw a container a carafe on the label it was scribbled: "the finest Franconian Wine from the smallest state in the western kingdoms"....

Henricus who had stayed sober for ages now, felt, yes, perhaps a small glass and then a small cry and then he could leave all this crying and carry on his crusade against the faithless infidels...

He pored himself a glass of the wine, the red wine gracing his lips was truly a blessing from god... This was a really good whine too...

the king lets the mouthful roll around in his moth, then swallowed it and said:

- A fine wine truly from the franconian areas, a hint of dry countryside dirt and early summer a hit of being squashed between the toes of two peasant ladies in their late 30´s one with a rare fungus infection (Botrytis cinerea) on her left pinky...

57 min. later the King was quite much jollier, singing his favourite tune by the famous bard David Bowman: The saviour AI!

...then he saw the shimmer of a hint of an Ectoplasmic mist!!!

The mist started forming in to a figure... it was true, it was Her, His daughter, his beautiful daughter!!!

he stuttered: it-it, it, is, is, yo, you, you!

The spirit replied:

_ yes most beloved father, it is I you daughter, now listen to me, it is time now, you are the rightful king of this kingdom, you were lured in to resigning, by your enemies, you must take back what is rightfully yours and impose your rule of religious righteousness...

- Yes Darling I will, but what about Queen Esmeralda she is back and looking younger and stronger than I ever did when we were married, I was thinking of marrying her again and give that Kraut Prince Albert a boot in his royal arschloch and send him back flying like a bolt towards his astro-bavarian homelands...

- Father, Listen to me now, This Esmeralda is a fake, she is not the lass you once mounted from time to time... don´t trust her... She and Albert are making plans, but you dear daddy, will outsmart them, since you have faith and destiny in your hands! you are the chosen one...

OMFG! I was just going through some old photos and I found this one and was processing it but with a simple filter and suddenly I see what looks like two people walking here. I remember this day. There were no people there. That is no "motion distortion." Well, if you're seeing anything like what I'm seeing, at least one of these individuals (woman carrying something...flowers in a basket?) is in Victorian dress. The funniest thing (and I'm lol'ing right now) is this was taken in the yard of the old house down on the corner that no agency can sell, a house from probably around 1890 that is a duplicate of a house that once existed (exists?) in England, and which everyone says is haunted (meaning this one). I love to take its picture at night in the dark (even as it creeps me out) and in winter when it's buried deep in snow that nobody comes to shovel. It has a walled off little rectangular garden in the back and I often had the creepy sensation of people moving about in the house when I looked in the windows of what's supposed to be an empty house. Once, I actually apologized aloud because I thought it was an agent in there moving around. But nobody. The one night I was walking by and five people had gathered in front of this house and were talking at evening because supposedly people had been appearing in the windows of the upper stories. They called me over and told me about how everyone knows this house is so messed up. I actually knew someone who once owned this house (long before we moved to this street). They never mentioned any haunting, but they said it was a pain to maintain...big old fireplaces. Okay, maybe it's all "in the eye of the beholder." But I see two figures here. Ay de mi!

Bizzarely, British politics, at heart, still follows the aristocratic model, with endless assumed invisible, unpaid servants.

I just finished photographing the sunset, turned around to my nettle infested camp and found ectoplasm. Plaid, backpack, lantern, even my bike – everything was covered in it. Who you gonna call?

…The source of that ectoplasm was busy exploring my tripod. He didn’t mind me getting into his personal space with camera and a flashlight.

Most people have some trouble to get what is it. So simple: a frozen puddle.

Found this uncredited on the web :

"In a startling development for the Rock n Roll community, world famous Rolling Stones guitarist and songwriter Keith Richards was found alive on Wednesday. Crew members said they found his animated body sitting beside an amp, picking at a guitar and murmuring some incomprehensible melody. Shocked but elated, the roadies took Richards back to the dressing rooms and covered his old broken body with designer scarves and skull rings.

“It’s astounding” said longtime Rolling Stones roadie Steve Kruger, “to find him in this state is…well, it’s unexpected to say the least.” Richards, the grizzly-faced guitarist long thought to be the most likely person on the planet to next kick the bucket, was noodling on a 5-string fender when he was found miraculously still conscious. “At first I thought it was some 200-year old giant turtle that crawled in here, or a wrinkly sack of potatoes with somebody inside,” recalled Kruger. “But no! There he was, strumming away on a few opening chords to ‘Start Me Up.’ What I was seeing looked awful, but unmistakable. When I realized it was Keith, I thought it might be one of those holograms like they created for Michael Jackson and 2Pac at Bonnaroo music fest a few years back. But then I touched him and he screamed ‘what the hell do you want!?’, and I knew.”

Figuring that they might as well use him, the Stones management has decided to continue taking him on the road. “People still want to see him perform,” said Kruger. “And they’ll pay good money to see their favorite corpse up onstage, especially if he’s moving around and kind of sort of acting like it’s all still fresh and sexy. So now it’s kind of like we’re touring with some old museum piece, or your grandma’s music box, handed down from generation to generation, still spitting out a tune,” said Kruger. “And I’ll tell ya, Keith still makes a good noise.”
