The solar eclipse as viewed from the battery in Corporation Park in Blackburn. Exposed to allow us to catch a glimpse of the silhouetted moon
No Photoshop, the moon was really that red because of the partial eclipse! Unfortunately this was the first time I didn't bring my tripod when I visited my parents this weekend so I had to use the roof of my car to get suitable pictures

Plot of Light, Temperature and Relative humidity on same graph. Only temperature is real value. The other plots are arbitrary values on y-axis to fit to grapsh but show time-related trend across partial event.
Not sure about the 'hump' around time of max eclipse (84%), possible due to thinning of cloud...coincidence or as a direct result of the partial phase.
Un tanque de almacenamiento de agua (ajá, como el de Animaniacs, pero del Tercer Mundo :P ) me da el pretexto perfecto para hacer mi propia versión de un eclipse :)

Note: Also I was exhausted from waking up every hour to see if the clouds had gone away, lol

Lunar Eclipse, December 2010.
This is a 13 second exposure. 13 seconds and the moon and stars take on a nice motion blur. The very faint star right above the Moon is HR 2074, I think. The brighter blue star in the upper right corner is HR 2084.
Cassini image of Enceladus (and another moon whose name I've inconveniently forgotten) being eclipsed by Saturn's shadow.
