Echo is a performer in the Sangre Del Sol fire troupe. She was out at the Enchanted Forest the other evening and graciously allowed me to photograph her while she practiced.
ObStrobist: SB-800 to camera left at 1/8. The flash had no light modifiers on it and was at ground level, aimed up at Echo 's body. Triggered by pocket wizards.
Echo takes it upon herself to clean up some deadwood. She's so into logging that I'm tempted to buy her one of those plaid flannel work shirts. And a chain saw, a small one. Can't you just see it? Oh, and of course a hard hat.
