Hicksy ripping it up..

Salisbury Live..

SOOC.

While cleaning up my hard drive, I've just stumbled upon a folder I'd created for photos I'd intended to post. Well, I never did! So, here are seven from that folder. I'll start with my good friend, Echo, the barred owl.

(Owls don't consider themselves to be anyone's friends!)

Mt Evans towers in the distance while clouds and blue sky reflect in Echo Lake.

Minha pequena Echo tá sem roupinha nenhuma...nada do que eu tenho aqui em Nárnia serve nela. Agora toca achar tempo pra costurar e buscar coisinhas pra essa minha nova pequena :)

Yup, just a side view to show the backpack and the fin. The fin is not as bumpy as it appears. If you were to look at it in real life you wouldn't be able to see it. I'm not in denial it's the truth :P

On a sunny day, Union Pacific westbound stack train rolls downgrade at Echo, Utah on October 5, 2013.

Echo and the Bunnymen at Liverpool Interntational Music Festival

Amidst bands of heavy clouds bringing equally heavy rain to the western front of the Wasatch, the area of Echo Canyon between Morgan and Stoddard is bathed in temporary light making a fine site to witness the passage of this westbound Union Pacific manifest train rolling downhill for Ogden and beyond.

I found all the moss growing on this large rock to be interesting. You can see our friends camp on Echo Lake in the Adirondacks of New York in the background. No skyscrapers here.

The Horn reflector antenna at Bell Telephone Laboratories in Holmdel, New Jersey was built in 1959 for pioneering work in communication satellites for the NASA ECHO I. The antenna was 50 feet in length and the entire structure weighed about 18 tons. It was comprised of aluminum with a steel base. It was used to detect radio waves that bounced off Project ECHO balloon satellites. The horn was later modified to work with the Telstar Communication Satellite frequencies as a receiver for broadcast signals from the satellite. In 1990 the horn was dedicated to the National Park Service as a National Historic Landmark.

Trying to check out all the parks of Cincinnati. This morning's was Mt. Echo.

Echo and I got separated by this porch railing and she got so upset [see below] even though the steps off the porch was so close to her. Puppies are so innocent and easily perplexed. {See the rest below}

The sky is smoke-filled from the Sand Canyon Fire.
