Easter eggs dyed by Kearah. I think she was trying for a large variety of colours, patterns & techniques.
These where all "store bought" eggs as the ones from out bckyard chickens come precoloured a pale brown or blue.
Last year we had so many extra colourful hard boiled eggs that I took them to work as snacks & it took almost a week to through them all.

Easter eggs are hidden items placed in a movies, television shows, DVD's, video games, or software. Sometimes easter eggs are hard to find. I have been using this slicer for decades. Never did I know it contains an Easter egg.
And now I wish I never found out about it.
We're here visiting Easter eggs
Happy easter to all.
These little Smartie Easter Eggs are well nice. (Other small chocolate eggs are available).
We've a couple, or rather did have a couple, of bags in the house. Don't think the remaining bag will last long though.
Hope all my lovely Flickr friends and contacts have a lovely Easter Sunday (with lots of chocolate!!)
A pair of pink tulips with hints of white edges are beautifully captured against a softly textured pastel background. The flowers exhibit a delicate gradient of color and are shown in full bloom with their green stems and leaves elegantly framing them. They bloomed just in time for Easter.

Les Fêtes de Pâques sont passées depuis plus de 3 mois et ça ne m'a pas empêché de retrouver encore des œufs de Pâques dans le frigidaire accompagnés du Copain Lapino. #Macro #MacroMondays #Eggs #Easter #ISpy

Tapeti (Sylvilagus brasiliensis) - Cajas National Park, Ecuador
A Tapeti, also known as the Brazilian cottontail or forest cottontail from high up in the Ecuadorian Andes. These rabbits seemed plentiful up in the paramo but were also quite shy, probably for good reason as I did come across a partially eaten one when I was hiking. While the paramo (treeless zone high up in the Andes) is a harsh environment the rabbits seem to flourish there with the abundance of vegetation and grass to munch on. I'm pretty sure this little fella thought I couldn't see him, and I chose not to disillusion him instead I took a few photos and moved on. Happy Easter!
Here is an overhead shot of our Easter egg coloring operation from this weekend.

I don't know which one's sweeter: Darlington (aka 'My Angel Licca') or the ball of fluffiness that is the Easter chick! ^o^ The giant cape of soft curly hair or the fuzzy feathers. Darlington's angelic face or that cute little beak and eyes. I can't decide!
The fuzz flutters pleasantly even in the gentlest of breezes, it's mesmerizing to watch, and you feel compelled to pet it every time you see it. ♥___♥ *pets* Out of all the Easter chicks I've gotten so far, this one has by far the softest texture.
It's exciting when Easter decorations get on sale! Spending ages in the Easter section of the store reminds me of shopping sprees for Christmas and Halloween, my other two favourite holidays, though Halloween hasn't really "caught on" in this little part of Europe the way it did in the States (we celebrate it in February, for one thing.) But Easter's always been a big thing.

Thank you all for your kind comments, faves and group awards for this image!
Once upon a time, around 30 years ago, I used to live in New York City. Every year, we'd try to make a point to go to the Easter Parade. I can remember that it was pretty difficult to determine who was parading and who was watching, but it was always a lot of fun!
HAPPY EASTER!
