Our granddaughter, Viola, decorating an Easter egg.
These Lego Easter Eggs use the "Studs Not On Stop" (SNOT) technique. Using the Lego Digital Designer (LDD) .lxf Building Instructions file, you can recolor the parts to suit your fancy. The parts used come in many colors (including soft pastels), so you can customize your egg designs. The inside is not hollow, but you can omit the four Light Bluish Gray 4x4 plates inside to make it hollow. The LDD file and Parts List is available on Rebrickable: rebrickable.com/mocs/DavidLuders/lego-easter-egg-2 .
There are about a thousand moai on Easter Island. Each village erected them, but they were all carved at one quarry, over a period of hundreds of years.

You can tell Brent has been enjoying some of his Easter candy.
Fertile Myrtle LOVED Easter-between getting loaded on Claritin for her allergies and overdosing on Cadbury Creme Eggs, she was pretty out of it. She passed out and dreamed she was in Drumline with Century HS and had to solo on her drum that was filled with Baby Dirlene! She kept getting dived bombed by large mothra sized butterflies and when she ran over to the pond she was assaulted by an army of life size PEEPS!!! At least her Easter Bonnet did not get ruined. She woke up with dry mouth and a blood sugar of 397!! Thank goodness Easter was just once a year! Now for some HAM DINNER!!!
My wife surprised me with this dress for Easter. It's from JCPenney girls dept. and I love it. Only problem is once she zips it up I can't take it off myself...Such problems ;)
To see more of this dress and a little of what I wear under it read my profile with a link to my other photo page...

Here is our son, Branden's, Easter goodies
Easter celebration puts on many faces. I borrowed this furry friend from a Danish colleague who received this chick set from his mom for Easter. So which goes first: the Easter chick or the Easter egg?
Happy Easter everyone!
It was another warm sunny Easter in AZ. The kids swam all afternoon even though the pool water was barely 60. Much to cold for all of us adults but the kids certainly enjoyed themselves.
We celebrated Easter in 1979 in my in-laws' backyard in Lawton, Oklahoma.
The kids are having fun during an Easter egg hunt.
I know it's not Easter but my mom has these beauties blooming in her yard right now so I guess they are just lilies.
Healthy Easter

On Easter Sunday morning we discovered these tracks left by the Easter Bunny as evidence that he had been traipsing all over the neighborhood during the night.
These pics were taken in both directions from our driveway. This is a very long block. about 5 blocks with no intersections. These prints were on both sides of the street we estimated about a 1/4th or 1/3 of a mile.
Still lookin for the culprit! Not even sure what he was doing......I looked all day and never did find my Easter Basket
