To extract information from suspects, police use different numbers of Interrogation techniques. There is not a complete and perfect method, so the police have to depend on a range of tactics. They even use multiple tactics on Single suspects. One of the primary investigative techniques used by the Police Officers is the Reid Technique. The technique is long, complicated, and involves several strategies Some other Interrogative Techniques used by the police are: Mr. Big, Good Cop, Bad Cop( it was originally the part of Reid Technique but now it is used as a stand-alone technique), Leading And Loaded Questions, Field Interview, Kinesic Interview, Lies, Cognitive Interview, Peace, Minimization And Maximization.

Diciembre 2010.- En la mañana de hoy, hemos hecho entrega a Cáritas de la recaudación del año 2010 de las iniciativas "Café Solidario" y "Sorteo Navideño". La recaudación ha ascendido a 2.720,00€ y nuestro Director General, José Ignacio Ustaran ha hecho entrega del talón a Adriana Gómez López, Directora de Cáritas Diocesana de San Jerónimo (Sevilla). Es importante señalar que la recaudación de ambas iniciativas es la suma de las aportaciones de todo el equipo humano que forma parte de Formación Digital.

Conflict can be of many forms at work, it can be of an individual with a grievance, a bad relationship between an employee and a manager or a dispute between two fellow workers. Conflicts at a work can lead to less production in your business and it is always a hurdle in the way of work.

Conflict resolution involves the reduction, elimination, or termination of all forms and types of conflict. Five styles for conflict management, as identified by Thomas and Kilmann, are: competing, compromising, collaborating, avoiding, and accommodating.Businesses can benefit from appropriate types and levels of conflict. That is the aim of conflict management, and not the aim of conflict resolution.
