If something is "Just ducky", it means everything is fine or wonderful.
It can be used ironically to mean the exact opposite though.
However, this photo is just a duck. ;-)
HFF........surfer dude ducky would like you to know that we have been enjoying the more spring like weather we've been having in NE this week. it does seem to be true that march comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb :)
The ruins of Spiš Castle (Slovak: Spišský hrad, Hungarian: Szepesi vár; German: Zipser Burg) in eastern Slovakia form one of the largest castle sites in Central Europe. The castle is situated above the town of Spišské Podhradie and the village of Žehra, in the region known as Spiš (Hungarian: Szepes, German: Zips, Polish: Spisz, Latin: Scepusium). It was included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in 1993 (together with the adjacent locations of Spišská Kapitula, Spišské Podhradie and Žehra). This is one of the biggest European castles by area (41 426 m²).

What a difference a week makes. I took this at Beer in Devon last Sunday and although the sky was blue and the sun was shining, the wind was so cold, no-one, but no-one would have been sitting on the beach. Wind forward one week and it was blazing hot and everyone was heading for the beach over the holiday weekend. The scenes on TV showing Bournemouth beaches made me shudder: not one inch of spare sand could be seen with all the people on the beaches. They reckoned they had 100,000 visitors over the weekend.
Named after Land before time, found by my 3 yr old in a field, dumped by her mom at about 10 days old. I never thought she would survive but she did. Yesterday at 21 years old, she peacefully died with us. Spunky old wild cat will be missed.
