This duck lives at a pool near me. Some odd quirk of fate has given him a feathery tuft which looks a lot like Davy Crockett's hat.

Last nights sunset along the lake. Now you know why it's called Sunset Park. One or two eagles hanging around but for the most part they have moved on. Now it's ducks and seagulls. Biggly sad. LOL!

Cool today but supposed to hit 70 tomorrow!! That should green us up some more.

I took a Thursday morning riverfront walk. It was good to have a less frigid air, even though we were faced with another gray day. I was happy to see that some of the winter ducks have returned to add a bit of feathered diversity into our lives.

..... just trying a few ideas for Easter .....

In case you can't see it....He's giving Ducky a kiss. Ducky was thoroughly sanitized later.

No "large view" with this one. You're welcome.

This is Leslie. He was a very friendly and entertaining "attraction" on the strip. He told me to make him famous and I promised that I'd try. =0)

This duck as one of the many waterfowl hitching a ride of rapidly flowing pieces of ice as they headed towards Lake Michigan.

Back to my series of rubber duckies!

About two weekends ago I went on a road trip, and the hotel I stayed at had this rubber duck waiting there for me in the bathroom. I was so happy! :)

A candid street photo of a beautiful young lady with a photo-camera in her hands. She makes an attempt to take a photo of two mallard ducks in the pond in the empty city park in the autumn season. Just for fun and good mood. Once again. The lady is not a model, she's a stranger. I don't know who she is. May the happiness be with her. And with ducks, too. :-)

This is a time of duck diversity on the Sheboygan River. Migrations add interesting features to our wildlife population. Unlike Agent Orange and his minions, I LOVE diversity.

Testing the limits of the new lens. Very harsh midday light on a sunny day.

Maybe the altitude of 7800 ft also matters.
