New Salsa Fargo fork on the Matt Chester Monstercross. A little heavier than the Black Sheep it's replacing, but the geometry is more suited for this frame and it has oh so many bosses! (I think 16+ to mount racks, fenders, bottles, etc.)
I barely cut the steerer so it's goofy tall.

Upgraded parts of my 2nd hand 2021 Giant Revolt 2. Swapped out the stock 42mm Giant dropbars with a preloved 44mm Salsa Cowchipper and then the Tektro mechanical brake calipers with a Ferrino mechanical actuated hydraulic brake caliper also changed the saddle from the stock Giant to the Ergon Enduro . Made a world of difference in the bike!
