The European Drone Fly (Eristalis tenax) is an excellent bee mimic. On flowers it both looks and sounds like a pollen-gathering bee.

Yeah... So my theme (might as well state it) is probably going to be mythology inspired drones. But for now, drone rider XG-990 and his valiant steed H0R53-773.

Not bad for the first try, eh? Each drone features the same design, but with different colors. They were based on the design by Evan (Lego Junkie), but with almost complete modification. Enjoy!
7/2023 - Hummels Wharf, PA
PPLX 1088 once shuffled loads of coal around the Shamokin Dam power plant. A new gas-fired power plant was built next to the footprint of the coal-fired plant. The 1088 was built in 1954 for SP, model SW900.
The drone market has recently seen an influx of competing infantry designs, owing largely to increased hostilities across the yellow zone. The Knight frame was hastily ordered by militaries eager to put its durability and rugged design to the test.
Early reports indicate favourable results, though as with most drones in service, Soft AI errors are still cause for concern, particularly following several friendly-fire incidents with the previous model.
At 3.9 metres, it casts an intimidating silhouette across any theatre. Primary armament is interchangeable, pictured is a shoulder mounted mag-accelerator. The Knight's manipulators are capable of picking up and firing standard human armaments, meaning that it can adapt and repurpose weapons from the battlefield.

The Drone Fly is a common hoverfly that closely mimics a honeybee in appearance. It has a furry brown body with dark bands, large eyes, and clear wings. Unlike bees, it has only one pair of wings and does not sting. Adults feed on nectar and pollen, making them valuable pollinators, while their larvae live in stagnant water and help break down organic matter.
So yeah. A Diorama to feature a bigger drone I build a while ago but never Uploaded.

During my short stop here at Speers I just happened to catch a Wheeling & Lake Erie crew climbing the ramp and trestle back to the W&LE main line with a train of coke.
A fun style I came across, may be building more in the future. Anyway, Droneuary has been great, you guys rocked out! Hope you like, and God bless!

A zoomorphic drone designed to carry heavy loads over rough terrain. The Camel uses its raised optics suite to reverse until its clamp can secure the designated cargo.
Inspired by Carter's Gun Dogs as well as the various smaller robots from Horizon Zero Dawn.
