This really shows how the bassist of that band is.
He is ALWAYS jumping around and moving and putting on a show. It's amazing.
The whole group... But the kid my mom & I went to see was the drummer/lead vocalist of this band, and you can never see him behind his cymbals.

Back to the coast again with Matthew. First time we've driven (we went twice before by bus). There was no agenda except some junk shopping and staying with Kate. We arrived in Tillamook around lunchtime and hit the thrift stores. The weather was fantastic which surprised us. Paul & Caroline happened to be in the area so we met for lunch, and than we went on a short hike to Munson Falls -- I heard about it, but knew I'd never get there by bike. We also hiked the Cape Lookout trail from the upper parking lot. A 5 mile roundtrip. We made it to the edge of the cape at sunset.. which meant we had to hike back in the growing darkness. Luckily three out of four of us had headlamps, and the fourth, an excellent night hiker. We got super muddy. We picked up Kate and went out for pizza & beer in Nehalem. C&P headed home, and we stayed in the "big house" with Kate. Lovely place. On Sunday Kate showed us around the Nehalem Bay Pharmacy where she is a co-owner. It's in a former doctor's surgery! We hit Manzanita Beach just in time before the driving rain began. We very much enjoyed Card'm recycle & thrift. A must every visit. More junking, and than M & I headed home, surprised to hit a lot of snow on Hwy 26 as we headed over the coast range.
