summer is here...this place was kinda scary...there was a shooting at this festival last year so they really cracked down on some shiz this year, they had a dress code...like no baggy pants or keep ur butt floss in your pants. its stupid how one person can ruin something for the rest of us...on the bright side...we meet some really interseting merchants that owned an insence shop...they were really cool. their stuff was 100 sticks of any "flavor" for 4 bucks and the rest of their things were low priced, i guess it goes to show that there are still great people in this world who are more worried about others over themselves...we are totally going back next weekend for the Universal Rythem Assembly and eco-friendly music fest...im loading up on insence!
The 1st week of the International Fashion Royalty Jet Set Diva contest. The invitation reads:

Having lived most of her life in England among famous people, Luna was quite comfortable at Casino de Monte Carlo with the Princes. At least at first she was. She had chosen to wear a draped little black dress from one of Rolando DeMarco’s recent collections by the Trolliwoodian fashion house Eden’s Creations. She took the advice and kept her jewelry to minimum, so she wouldn’t take the risk of losing anything too expensive, and she even tied a Jason Wu tulle scarf around her cleavage to keep the Gothic inspired pearl necklace safe. She left her hair loose so she wouldn’t need to wear earrings, and as she didn’t want to look like a funeral attendee, she chose a blue Mattel purse to highlight her eye colour.
Luna has never been drunk, and she wasn’t this time either. Which is why she was surprised to be so upset about how much Prince Andrea Casiraghi looked like her boyfriend Axl! That was a sore subject for her, because she wasn’t even sure if they dated anymore. Luna felt as if there had been something inappropriate in her drink. And she had only had one… Luna needed to leave pretty early, because she just felt too upset to put up with all the flirty games that were going on at the casino. Luna is too sensitive to play games.
Gisteravond was het weer zover: Eindexamen Gala op school. Het thema was dit jaar: Casino Royale. De meesten hadden zich goed voorbereid en de dresscode "gala" of "Latin" was geen enkel probleem. Het is natuurlijk fantastisch om geheel in stijl te arriveren. Zelfs het weer werkte dit jaar mee. Het was één groot feest. Nu op naar de examens maar eerst 1 1/2 week vakantie! (ik ook!)
Yesterday it was that time of year again: Prom Night. This year the theme was: Casino Royale. Almost everyone was dressed in style and had a great time. Even the weather was co-operative this year. For now we have 1 1/2 week off holidays and after that the final exams will start.

Is "Tracky Bottoms" a Manchester phrase or is it a nationwide thang?
Even the Urban Dictionary doesn't have a definition of Tracky Bottoms listed - those looking to make a name for themselves in internet folklore should act now! Even Google suggests "tracksuit bottoms" on a search. For the non-Northerners out there in Flickrland, tracky bottoms can also be referred to as "sweatpants" but anyone who calls them that is probably bewildered that anyone could contemplate going out for a "night on the tiles" in them.
Saying that I know plenty of people who call them this
( including, embarrassingly, the residents of Kpcv Towers)
