so after a morning of doctors appointments (for my grams) i sat down at my computer to edit and haven't done much else. my breaks consist of Draw Something! the new phenomenon for iPhone & iPad. love.this.game. so much fun. and it makes me realize how i really can't draw to save my life. this was one of my better masterpieces.

Not that my drawings are works of art, but after awhile I start to wonder if the other people are even trying. I guess that's what I get for playing random strangers....
Nirvana, Pitfall, Splinter, Branches, Comic, JayZ, Well, and Crossbow were never guessed correctly.
Also: the word list kinda sucks — needs to be expanded and cleaned up. Wtf is up with Snoop, JayZ, GZA, Beyonce, Jordan, Shaq, etc? Why are there any "people" at all? Those are the ones that almost always result in the word being spelled out. Including them (and making them 3 coin words, which I almost don't even think matters — I think people would pick them regardless) basically encourages spelling out the word, which is one of the main things that makes the entire experience suck.
As you can see, I'm guilty of it as well — but in my defense, those were 2nd and 3rd attempts... and they were probably at least entertaining to watch. When I resort to spelling out the word it's generally preceded by a train wreck or two.
They also need to add more drawing options, like fills, undo and basic shapes... even iSketch had those 7 years ago!
That said, I do like that drawing isn't timed, like in other variations on this concept (though I do try to keep my drawings under 2 minutes) and that you can leave games going for days on end... I just wish it was more satisfying.
