The Draft House, Battersea.

Being picky, I asked for medium-rare, and there were only a few flecks of pink. I also wondered where the cheese was, but it's a cheese-stuffed burger. It's hard to get a stuffed burger both melted and pink, but it's not impossible. Bun is the dreaded ciabatta, but it's softer than some.

I was on the Jamestown Ferry coming from Surry, many sea gulls were gliding the air drafts left behind us.
